¿Qué es el liderazgo transformacional?

Carlos Bonilla, partner at Estudio de Comunicación AB, wrote an article for Merca 2.0. titled “What is transformational leadership?” on how internet usage has changed most everyone’s daily lives.

“It’s not a fad. It’s the root of a virtual existence from which we can’t retreat,”, he explains. Following that train of thought, Bonilla explains how this digitalization has affected professional environments, in which traditional leadership theories are forcibly changing to adapt to new settings.
