Victoria Magro, Corporate Development Managing Director

Victoria Magro is responsible for Estudio de Comunicación’s Corporate Development Area. Victoria has consolidated this practice in the Company with over 20 years’ worth of experience working in the sector and in the Firm. As a professional of Estudio de Comunicación for more than 20 years, she has specialised in financial and crisis communication. Throughout her career, Victoria has helped clients navigate uncertainty in processes such as IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, industrial restructurings, collective dismissals, claims, and litigations, among others. She has worked hand in hand with companies from a wide range of sectors such as energy, food, commerce, luxury, automotive, renewable, banking, security, real estate, among others.

From 2005 to 2010, Victoria worked as Head of Estudio de Comunicación’s International Network, from which she had the opportunity to work on cross-border deals and projects coordinating international teams.

Victoria obtained her degree in Journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has co-authored some of the books published in the Company: “New Internal Communication in the Company”; “Financial Communication: Transparency and Trust” and “Business Communication: 33 ideas of success”.

She is passionate about her work and enjoys reading literature and history. Victoria is a sports buff, a keen skier and golfer. She also loves painting.
