Ramón Almendros, former director at Estudio de Comunicación, is one of the minds behind ‘La presunción de Inocencia y los juicios paralelos’.
The book, edited by Fundación Fernando Pombo, along with Fundación Wolters Kluwer, collects the interventions of all the speakers who participated in a series of talks that, under the same name, Fundación Fernando Pombo organized on 2012’s summer at Universidad Menéndez Pelayo, Santander. Estudio de Comunicación attended, represented by Ramón Almendros, who gave his speech on El imputado en los Medios de Comunicación.
The presentation for the book, which was presided by former Minister of Justice, Alberto Ruiz Gallardón, was a rousing success, with most speakers from the event attending, like Eduardo Torres-Dulce, former Spanish Attorney General; as well as Ángel Juanes, former president to the Audiencia Nacional, and other notable members of the Spanish law and judiciary worlds. Journalists were represented by Asociación de la Prensa de Madrid’s President, Carmen del Riego.
