Along with Thyssenkrup Elevator SEAME’s team, we organized an internal event in order to let the workforce know that there was a strategic change coming in order to adapt the company to the market’s situation as well as to introduce them to their new directorial team.
THE CHALLENGE: ROADSHOW
- To project the image of an innovative company, committed and involved with its employees
- To establish an Internal Communications process which encouraged the participation of all employees
Besides promoting pride in being part of the Group, improving the morale and work environment within the company, this event intended to make the company more transparent in its employees’ eyes.
