Benito Berceruelo, Founding Partner and CEO
Benito Berceruelo is founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of ESTUDIO DE COMUNICACIÓN. As CEO, Benito has led Communication campaigns for major financial operations in Spanish and international markets (United Kingdom, France, Italy, Portugal, Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Mexico, among others).
In the last 30 years, Benito has led projects for more than 2,000 companies and institutions in Europe and North and South America and became trusted advisor of major listed companies navigating market disruptions: privatisation, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, hostile defences, takeover bids and labour crises.
Prior to this, Benito Berceruelo worked as a journalist in Antena 3TV,contributed with articles to a number of newspapers and collaborated with Spain’s national public TV service. In the field of Institutional and Corporate Communication, Benito has been Director of Communication for Astilleros del Atlántico, Naval Construction Division of INI, and Banco Zaragozano.
As a renowned professional in the Spanish communication business, Benito has given talks, lectures and master classes at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, CUNEF, ICADE and the University of Navarra in Spain, as well as at the Catholic University in Chile, the Pan-American University of Mexico City and the Austral University in Argentina.
Benito Berceruelo has published numerous articles in leading Spanish and Latin American newspapers such as El País, ABC, Expansión, Cinco Días, El Economista, and La Nación among others. He is the author, coordinator and promoter of the following books: “Internal Communication in Business – Key Challenges”, “Financial Communication: Transparency and Trust”, “New Internal Communication in Business”, “Business Communication” and “#Communication, Leading Solutions for a Digital World”.
